ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS<\/b><\/p>

Students of 2nd degree music schools and students can participate in Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

In exceptional cases, participation of younger musicians is allowed. In the case of a participant with the age of 16-18, a written declaration of the parent or guardian is required, allowing the child to stay independently during the Festival. Please be advised that the person taking care of the participant under 16 years old will take part as a passive participant.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Each participant is required to send an online Application Form and an artistic CV by June 30, 2023 to the following e-mail address: <\/i><\/b>info@pilafestival.com<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/p>

\u00a0Each participant is obliged to prepare two pieces for consultation and possible performance at competition concerts.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

The program specified on the application form can be changed until July 10, <\/i><\/b>2023<\/i><\/b><\/span>.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

\u00a0Each participant of Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy is required to settle full payments regardless of the day of arrival and departure.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Cost per participant in Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy for <\/i><\/b>18\u00a0 - 26 August 2023r.<\/i><\/b><\/span>is: 400 EURO <\/i><\/b><\/p>

The amount includes:<\/i><\/b><\/p>

- 4 master consultations, 1 hour each \u00a02 hour with other one professor,<\/i><\/b><\/p>

- 1 consultation on improvisation, <\/i><\/b>1 hour<\/i><\/b>- admission to festival concerts,<\/i><\/b><\/p>

- two rehearsals with the pianist,<\/i><\/b>- exercise rooms,<\/i><\/b><\/p>

After receiving confirmation of admission to Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy, payment for participation should be made no later than July 10, 2023, to the account<\/i><\/b><\/p>

We offer accommodation at the Gromada Hotel, in the city center, near the City Concert Hall and the Music School Complex. The cost is a price negotiated especially for the participants of Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy. The preferential price for a personal booking with the password PI\u0141A FESTIVAL is valid until 30 July!<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Active participants selected by the professors will take part in the Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy competition concerts. On the basis of concert presentations and consultations, a group of professors will select Musical Personalities and the Grand Prix award.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Winners of Musical Personalities will receive the LAUREATE DIPLOMA and financial prizes.<\/strong><\/em>
Winner of the Grand Prix Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy will receive participation in a solo concert with a selected Polish philharmonic orchestra and significant financial prize.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Grand Prix winners of previous editions may not apply again for the Grand Prix Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy title and for the title of MUSIC PERSONALITY. The MUSICAL PERSONALITY title can be obtained three times.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

All laureates are obliged to take part in the Winners' Concert free of charge.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Students of Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy give up their copyrights to recordings made during the Festival for the benefit of the Organizers. The right to broadcast, radio and TV retransmission and publication on the Internet is also reserved. Participation in concerts is not obligatory.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

In case of any doubts, the Polish language version of the Regulations shall be decisive. All organizational matters will be decided by the Director of Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy.<\/i><\/b>The jury's decisions are final.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

PASSIVE PARTICIPANT<\/b><\/p>

Tutor, students, teachers, all those who want to learn the secrets of playing string instruments.<\/i><\/b>Cost per passive participant in Pi\u0142a Festival & Academy for <\/i><\/b>18 \u2013 26 August 2023 r.<\/i><\/b><\/span>is: 150 EURO<\/i><\/b><\/p>

The amount includes:<\/i><\/b>- passive participation in consultations<\/i><\/b>- free admission to festival concerts<\/i><\/b>The deadline for submitting online applications is July 30, 2023.<\/i><\/b><\/p>
