Piła Festival & Academy is a unique idea to promote outstandingly talented string musicians as well as concerts performed by world-famous artists. The Artistic Director is the Polish cellist, soloist and chamber musician MARCIN ZDUNIK. He performs music from the Renaissance to the latest works, arranges and composes. Invited to participate in prestigious music festivals - BBC Proms in London, Progetto Martha Argerich in Lugano and Chopin and His Europe in Warsaw.

The aim of the festival is to develop high culture by popularizing classical music in the city and the region. We work with the best Polish philharmonic orchestras. We invite great musical personalities to the city on the Gwda River - soloists as well as Polish and foreign chamber ensembles.

We want to lay claim to a unique cultural brand in Poland. Believing that we can share what is valuable and noble, I am honored to invite you to co-organize the Piła Festival and the Academy in Piła.
