Polish Soloists String Orchestra

The orchestra was founded in 2018 on the initiative of Sebastian Czaja, who is the director and concertmaster of the orchestra.

Polish Soloists is a group of outstanding, passionate Polish artists of the young generation. Polish Soloists is a synonym of a new quality and direction in the contemporary form of the concert. All Polish Soloists musicians are soloists, which makes it the first orchestra in Poland with such a unique profile. The artists are laureates of the most prestigious music competitions in the world. They have won a total of over 250 awards at national and international music competitions. A band with such a high level of performance gives practically unlimited possibilities in choosing a concert repertoire, which is used by both the musicians and the audience.

The artistic direction of the orchestra is held by an outstanding Polish violinist, Celina Kotz. The orchestra consists of artists such as R. Kwaśnikowska, S. Wilga, S. Ślubowska, M. Gidaszewska, A. Krzyżak, P. Czarny, Z. Sosnowska, K. Wiśniewska and J. Lewandowski. The repertoire of Polish Soloists includes well-known compositions by world-renowned composers, as well as contemporary pieces. The orchestra has had the Polish premiere of a composition by M. Richter.

Polish Soloists has collaborated with outstanding artists, incl. Marcin Zdunik, Danjulo Ishizaka, Bartłomiej Nizioł and Alexander Sitkovetsky. They have performances all over the country, incl. At the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the inauguration of the Pila Festival, the International Festival of Young Music Competition Laureates, the Romantic Music Festival, the Polish Radio Concert Studio or the Night of Museums at Jaga Hupało's Studio.
